What happens to my test after I send it back?
After you collect your blood sample (which is a tiny finger prick and pretty painless), you’ll schedule your pickup through our online dashboard. A courier will collect your sample and deliver it straight to the lab, which will handle the rest. Your test kit will come with instructions to guide you through the whole process.

Are at-home tests as accurate as the clinic?
Yes! You’re the same reliable and accurate results as you would from a clinic. Our blood samples are processed in the same certified labs, which are ISO and CAP accredited. The main difference is that instead of withdrawing a tube of blood through a needle and syringe, we use a sample collection card, which is actually more stable and only requires a few drops of blood.

Collect your blood sample and return the test
Collecting the sample is simple, be sure to activate your test and read the full instructions that come with the package.
Remember the test should be taken on day 3 of your menstrual cycle. If you are on hormonal contraceptives, you need to stop for 2 months before taking the test

Receive your report
Once the sample has been collected you will receive your result report after a couple of days.

Once you have your results, it’s time to schedule a virtual appointment with the fertility doctor/advisor to discuss them.
The doctor won’t have access to your results so please make sure you have them ready to share with them on the day.

What if I didn't collect my sample properly?
Don’t worry, we understand that collecting a blood sample can sometimes be challenging. If you didn’t get enough blood from one finger, we recommend trying another finger. Make sure to follow our collection instructions carefully for the best results. If you continue to experience difficulty, we still suggest scheduling a pickup with our courier service and get your sample to our lab for processing. In the rare event that our lab is unable to process your sample, don’t fret. You’ll still have the option to book a visit from one of our trained phlebotomists for an additional fee of 80 AED.
